1. Contractor shall provide, repair, and maintain all equipment used in the proposed water treatment program. 2. Contractor shall perform monthly water testing and inspection, including inspection of overall water quality, water output, cooling tower basin water, bio testing on basin water, all filters, testing of all closed and open loops, and testing and review of the operational efficiency of the water treatment system, for SAIF’s mechanical systems. (the “Services”) 3. Contractor shall provide all chemicals necessary to perform the Services, including salt, biocide, and corrosion and scale inhibitor. Contractor shall provide line filters and any other supplies necessary to perform the Services. 4. Contractors proposed water treatment program must incorporate SAIF provided coupon rack. 5. Provide SAIF with a report that lists testing results, lists any deficiencies, and recommendations to resolve the issues or deficiencies. 6. Provide an annual Glycol test on SAIF’s closed loop systems in HSB and PWB. This test should be done in October.
