The Work, includes, but is not limited to: 1. Fabricate Self-Adjusting Aluminum Boarding Docks a. Measurement shall be made on a per each basis constructed. b. Payment shall include full compensation for all materials, equipment, and labor necessary for furnishing Self-Adjusting Aluminum Boarding Docks in accordance with the requirements of the Specifications and Plans. No payment shall be made unless and until complete dock components are delivered and accepted as provided in Section 2., below. 2. Deliver Self-Adjusting Aluminum Boarding Docks a. Measurement shall be on a lump sum basis for complete dock components delivered. b. Payment shall include full compensation for all materials, equipment, and labor necessary for delivering and offloading Aluminum Boarding Docks in accordance with the requirements of the Specifications and Plans. c. Installation of Docks is not part of this ITB.
