2.1. Seasonal Operation • Concession operations will occur from October 1 through May 10. • Operating hours may vary, but vendor is expected to provide consistent, regular service during the season. 2.2. Location and Mobility Requirements • The concession will be located at the designated area within Riverbend Park. • Vendor must be able to temporarily relocate operations off of district property with a minimum of forty-five (45) days notice during district-permitted events at the park. It is anticipated there will be approximately two (2) such events per season, but the number may vary. 2.3. Business Type and Limitations • Only mobile sauna or similar mobile, wellness-related businesses will be considered. • Proposals must demonstrate prior success or proven viability of the proposed business model. • Food and beverage concessions will not be accepted under this RFP. 2.4. Operational Requirements • Vendor is responsible for all operational aspects including staffing, maintenance, cleanliness, customer service, and adherence to all applicable health, safety, and licensing requirements.
