3.02 SCOPE OF WORK/ SPECIFICATIONS OSU is looking for a VAR that will support OSU to maximize investments in Microsoft licensing and programs. The selected VAR will be responsible for providing the Microsoft EES agreement across a multi-year period with annual renewals and payments. OSU expects the selected Proposer to: 1. Facilitate and provide a multi-year renewal of our EES agreement: Ensure seamless renewal process and the ability to purchase additional licensing while maintaining continuity of services. 2. Provide quarterly engagements to guide OSU across evolving Microsoft services and offerings: Conduct regular meetings to keep OSU informed about new Microsoft services, updates, and opportunities. 3. Provide dedicated Microsoft Licensing Specialist: Assign a specialist to assist OSU in optimizing our Microsoft investments and navigating licensing complexities. 4. Keep us up to date with Microsoft roadmap changes: Regularly update OSU on upcoming changes, new features, and strategic directions from Microsoft. 5. Provide access and enable OSU to access Microsoft funded assessments and workshops: Facilitate access to LSP/Microsoft-funded resources, including assessments and workshops, to enhance OSU's utilization of Microsoft products and services. 6. Provide the best value for annual licensing agreements: Ensure OSU receives the best pricing available for annual licensing agreements. 7. Provide a clear, and documented process for: license reservations, reduction and true-up, including monthly reporting and proactive alerts. 8. Provide a detailed engagement methodology that: outlines planned quarterly business reviews that covers license usage, cost forecasting, renewal planning, best practices, reporting cadences, and touchpoints throughout the contract life cycle.
