Specifications include, but are not limited to: work with Oregon State Hospital (OSH) to establish mental healthand emotional support for OSH personnel via a team comprised of mental healthprofessionals and chaplains. Contractor will deliver these services by focusing on thefollowing strategic objectives:a.Create opportunity for OSH personnel to access support through in person ortelehealth appointments with licensed mental health professionals;b.Develop emotional, psychological, and physical wellness material to assistpersonnel to cope with stress, exhaustion, and the intensive environment;c.Provide mental health professionals and chaplains onsite or telehealthservices to OSH as requested by Agency Contract Administrator or designeefor staff education and consultation with organizational leaders;d.Provide referrals to outside resources by a Qualified Mental HealthProfessional (QMHP);e.Provide 24/7 access to support services.
