Specifications include, but are not limited to: support a network of non-profit community-based health clinics in Multnomah County and the Portland region. Contractor should understand and experience with the particular needs of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), FQHC Look-alikes, and other clinics that provide free or low-cost ambulatory primary care services to residents of Multnomah County. Contractor will provide medical scribe(s), either in person or virtual. A medical scribe is a member of the medical team who is trained to perform real-time documentation for the healthcare provider. Each scribe will be needed a minimum of 32 hours per week to match with schedule of provider that they are assisting. Tasks include, but are not limited to, chart prep and wrap up, clinical team huddle, real-time documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR), editing notes based on provider feedback, tracking and reporting quality measures, creating and updating shortcuts in the EMR, and updating problem lists.
