Multnomah County’s Department of Community Justice is seeking to contract for approximately 14 to 16 reserved monthly fleet parking slots. These parking slots should be designated for use by Multnomah county only. The garage facility should meet the following requirements: Security: • Restricted access: The garage should be located in an area that is only accessible to authorized personnel, such as employees and monthly parking customers. This can be achieved through the use of security gates, access cards, or other security measures. • Surveillance: The garage should be equipped with security cameras and other surveillance systems to deter and detect unauthorized activity. • Lighting: The garage should be well-lit to discourage criminal activity. Accessibility: • 24/7 availability: The garage should be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to accommodate the needs of agency personnel. • Easy access: The garage should be designed to allow vehicles to be easily accessed without the need of an attendant. This can be achieved through the use of automated gates, parking sensors, and/or other technologies. Location: • Within a 4 block radius of the Mead Building: The garage should be located within a 4 block radius of the Mead Building to ensure that agency personnel can easily access their vehicles.
