This is an expansion solicitation to the prior issued solicitation 1240BE22Q0074 and BPA awards.
The Northwest Zone CSA 3 intends to establish Blank Purchase Agreements for Fuels Reduction Services for the Malheur National Forest. This BPA will last 10 years with a pool of up to 15 contractors. Please review all attachments for more details.
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01.
(iv) This procurement is set aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 115310 and the Small Business Size Standard is $30 Million.

Call Limit is $400,000.00 Per call
Minimum Call $2,500.00 Per Call
Estimated Aggregate Value over 10 years is $2 Million
This BPA is governed by the simplified acquisition threshold as conducted under FAR 13.5.
Calls must be competed among BPA holders.
The purpose of this announcement is to expand the current vendor pool of the existing Malheur Fuels BPA. EXISTING BPA holders do not need to resubmit a response to this solicitation.
