OYA is seeking quotes to replace four (4) HVAC units (the “Project”) at OYA’s MacLaren Youth Correctional Facility (“MYCF”) located at 2630 North Pacific Highway, Woodburn, Oregon 97071. 2.1 HVAC Unit Specifications: • MYCF Valley Gym: Provide and install one (1) same or equal to Daikin DSC2403D000001S package gas Air Conditioning (“AC”) unit, 20-ton with metal duct to low wall return and heavy-duty wall grill. Fabric duct, routed high, for supply controls connected to (e) Direct Digital Connections (“DDC”) Andover. • MYCF Visitation Center: Provide and install one (1) same or equal to Daikin DSC1803D000001S package gas AC unit, 15-ton with metal duct to low wall return and heavy-duty wall grill. Fabric duct, routed high, for supply controls connected to (e) DDC-Andover. • MYCF Courtyard Gym: Provide and install two (2) same or equal to Blueridge BMY48U18FCC ductless AC, wall mount 4-ton units with ductless AC outdoor unit piping (refrigerant, condensate) with stand-alone controls.
