Specifications include, but are not limited to: The completed project will include: 1. Discovery and Information Gathering: Selected Contractor will meet with the Colleges communications and information services teams to gather information about what work has already been done and what work still needs to be completed. This includes gathering information about branding and design from the communications team and information about technical requirements and hosting from the Colleges information services team. Note: major site designs and user experience designs for headers and navigation have already been conceptualized and wireframed. An existing inventory of pages in the current site to migrate has been completed. Documentation of page types that will be needed has been developed. Information architecture and sitemap documentation has been completed. Navigation structure and naming schemes have been determined. The information gathered will determine what information and tasks need to be handed off to the selected Contractor and what information and documentation the selected Contractor still needs from communications and information services. 2. Wireframe/Design Template pages: This new graphic design should match the Colleges existing printed marketing collateral pieces to the largest extent possible. The selected Contractor will immediately be in contact with the Director Strategic Communications and Web Content Specialist to discuss color, theme, look, and design. As noted above, much of the responsive design conceptualization and wireframing for the site has been completed, particularly in regards to navigation and page types. The selected Contractor will need to provide additional wireframe and design services for the main content area (independent of navigation) specific page types. This wireframing will include page design templates (1, 2, and/or 3 column) connoting where specific content types will appear on pages, how the different content types work together, and how they will scale responsively for tablets and mobile devices. Again, templates for main content areas should focus on modularity to enable responsive design. The selected Contractor will provide at least 4 design directions for the home page, second-tier program home pages, and other breakout pages as requested. Once a design direction for these remaining elements has been finalized, Contractor will complete graphic design for all templates selected and will translate these designs into functional HTML/CSS templates. As part of the conversion to HTML/CSS, Contractor will identify an appropriate CSS Reset (e.g. Normalizer CSS). Design templates will include: - Home Page - Top-Level/Secondary Program/Center Home Pages (Undergraduate Programs, Oregon MBA Program, Oregon Executive MBA Program, Master of Accounting Program, PhD Program, Warsaw Sports Marketing Center, Lundquist Center for Entrepreneurship, Finance and Securities Analysis Center, Center for Sustainable Business practices) - Standard Inner Page (1 column) - Standard Inner Page (2 column) - Standard Inner Page (3 column) - Calendar / Calendar Item Detail - Faculty Directory/Faculty Profile - News / News Item
