Lane County is seeking one to multiple providers for LTRA services through a housing voucher project, which uses a progressive engagement rental assistance approach. LTRA is a proven strategy and a crucial tool to support housing stability and for some people, is key to their ability to stay housed. LTRA provides rent subsidy to eligible low-income tenants and allows landlords to rent apartments and homes to these tenants at fair market rates. Selected providers will work with households already enrolled in the LTRA program, some of which are already housed. Applicants will case manage and provide supportive services to LTRA households enrolled through phase 2 of funding and/or new referrals. New referrals will come via Lane County Coordinated Entry. Households will need to have been literally homeless at project enrollment to be eligible. No self-referrals allowed. Projects will need to work with HMIS for projects.
