The contractor shall provide a fully integrated lidar payload with an RGB camera suitable for deployment on the Freefly Astro UAS platform. The system shall support collection, processing, and delivery of high-quality lidar and imagery data compatible with standard GIS and photogrammetry workflows used in conservation and natural resource management. 3. System Requirements 3.1 Platform Compatibility The lidar system shall be mechanically, electrically, and operationally compatible with the Freefly Astro UAS platform. The contractor shall demonstrate prior deployment on the Freefly Astro or provide documented integration support. 3.2 LiDAR Sensor and Positioning The system shall include an integrated GNSS/IMU capable of RTK and/or PPK processing. The lidar sensor shall support multiple returns per pulse to enable ground detection beneath vegetation canopy. The system shall achieve relative vertical accuracy of ≤10 cm and relative horizontal accuracy of ≤20 cm under typical vegetated conditions.
