General Scope: Includes the following Buildings & Designated Roofs. Refer to as-built reference drawings and Roof Construction Data for further information. Removal & Replacement (All roofs within project): Roofs: A, B, C, D & E: - Metal Standing Seam Roof Assembly (1) Removal of existing metal panel system and all incidentals down to structural deck/substrate; Inspection and localized repair and complete cleaning of existing deck/substrate; over the prepared substrate, install vapor retarder; 2-layers 2.6 polyisocyanurate insulation board; high temp underlayment sheet; pre painted standing seam metal panels system MS-200 or equivalent with 90 degree hems; perimeter and flashing metal; new gutters & downspouts and all incidentals to complete the specified warranted assembly. b. Roof: F - Single-ply System (1) Removal of existing built-up membrane assembly down to the existing structural deck/substrate; Inspection and localized repair and complete cleaning of existing deck/substrate; over the prepared substrate, install vapor retarder; 2-layers 2.6 polyisocyanurate insulation board mechanically attached; /2" High Density polyisocyanurate coverboard (m/a); Fully adhered (or SA) 60-mil PVC; perimeter and flashing membrane and metal; new gutters & downspouts and all incidentals to complete the specified warranted assembly. Removal and replacement of existing gutters and downspouts and installation of new pre-pained 5"-K- style at current locations. (1) New Leaderhead at Roof E with downspouts. (2) Color shall match existing and SHALL be confirmed by Owner and/or Owners Representative in writing upon award of project/contract. New pre-painted (Kynar or equivalent) perimeter metal. Raise all equipment, pipes, etc. to meet minimum 8" height above finished roof surface requirements. Existing wall metal shall be carefully cut (straight line) and new counter-flashing installed. Scope required minimum 2-year Contractor's Workmanship Guarantee and 20-year Manufacturer's NDL Warranty upon completion and acceptance by Owner. Special Note: Final payment shall not be released until proof of payment and acceptance by issuing entity of all applicable permits on this project. Proof shall be hardcopies and must be approved by Owner Representative.
