Contractor will build a series of three (3) progressive custom and compliant learning and development presentations, two (2) toolkits and a training guide for Absence Management Training. Training to include: • Training modules beginning with Basic (Leave 101) o Managing Continuous Leave and Return to Work FMLA/OFLA/PFM for Managers/Supervisor • Intermediate (Leave 201) o Managing Intermittent Leave FMLA/OFLA/PFM for Managers/Supervisor • Advanced (Leave 301) o Managing employees with disabilities for Managers/Supervisor • Leave Toolkit for Managers/Supervisors o Toolkit to include: EE rights and responsibilities Manager/Supervisor responsibilities Information on “The Life of a Leave Event” from beginning to end • Leave Toolkit for Employees o Toolkit to include: EE rights and responsibilities The three stages of a leave request Information on “The Life of a Leave Event” from beginning to end. • Overview Training video for Employees to include FMLA/OFLA/PFML rights and responsibilities and leave process. All training materials (presentations, notes, toolkits, videos, etc.), once approved, will become the property of Clackamas County.
