Communication Skills & Networking 4. Appreciating & Working with Differences / Conflict Resolution 5. Community-Led Initiatives 6. Public & Media Relations 7. Grant Writing • 2 EOBB sessions: 8. Parliamentary Procedure & Board Governance 9. Capstone Project Cohort & Application Process • 12-15 participants per cohort • Application process with nominations and self-nominations • Border Region residency requirement • Other participants, not part of the cohort, may be asked to join individual sessions to lend valuable subject matter or other expertise
