Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lane County is implementing the Work for a Combined Contract, which includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the PLC based locking control system, and related work including the removal of graphic control panels, the addition of new touchscreen computer stations (TCS), the replacement of two UPS units, and the replacement of intercom amplifiers. Some counter work replacement is involved. As an alternate, the county would like to add additional cameras and remove card access readers and/or upgrade the access control backbone equipment as indicated on the bid documents. All work is to be performed in the active Lane County Juvenile facility located at 2727 Martin Luther King Blvd. in Eugene, Oregon
