Provide new Security Gate Enhancements at Lane County AFRC (LCAFRC). Provide and Install one Doorking 1601 Barrier Arm Gate System, 115V 1PH 1/2HP Operator, with 10’ Aluminum Arm installed onto existing island, Down Loop Detector including sawcut and sealant, Photo Eye, and 3-Button Control Station installed inside guard shack. Power to be provided from existing guard shack panel, surface mounted. Includes all wiring and interconnection, commissioning and onsite owner training. Provide gate maintenance and replacement of existing gate motors, controllers, and actuators, including safety eyes & gate bumper stops at Main gates as listed in site specific scope of work. Includes set up, commissioning, and onsite owner training.
