Specifications include, but are not limited to: Upgrading the current security camera system, from a current U.S. General Services Agreement (GSA) contract or other Public Agency contract with cooperative language that covers hardware, software and professional services. The cooperative contract must have been sourced in accordance with Oregon Revised Statutes 279A.220 for Interstate cooperative procurement. The quote should include the cost to furnish, install, manage and coordinate all work relating to the security camera system upgrade. The bid should include all equipment, labor, materials, services, training, and system documentation necessary to install and operate an integrated security camera solution. The upgraded security camera system must use digital cameras, use nonproprietary hardware and software, use equipment and system configuration that is a well-designed, comprehensive, effectively integrates with existing access controls and communications systems (Citect v2016), and meet current industry standards.
