The Salem Area Mass Transit District (SAMTD) seeks to piggyback off the Oregon State University (OSU) RFP #2025-018229 with Omnia Partners and the resulting contract with Gordian. The contract is for Job Order Contracting Services written for Oregon State University and on behalf of Oregon Statewide Cooperative for Public Agencies. SAMTD named in the OSU RFP page 12 of 31, will participate in the event no protest is made. 2. SAMTD has reviewed the OSU solicitation, verified that the statement of work meets the requirements of SAMTD. SAMTD intends to piggyback off the contract for quick turnaround construction projects that will be federally funded with PI/PW and COBID requirements to be fulfilled.
