Treatment Areas: • Priority Area 1: Mixed pine/spruce with Scotch broom understory and native forbs/grasses/mosses. • Priority Area 2: Open area with scattered trees and bonsai-like regrowth from previous mowing; mature broom along tree lines. • Additional treatment areas to be assigned upon completion of Priority Areas 1 and 2. Treat the northeast section of Priority Area 1 next. 4. Complete Priority Area 2 after Priority Area 1. 5. Coordinate with OMD POC for next assigned areas thereafter. Chemical Treatment: • Apply triclopyr-based herbicide (e.g., Garlon or Crossbow) with indicator dye to cut stems immediately after cutting (within 1–2 minutes). • Follow herbicide label instructions and Oregon State Pesticide Laws — the label is the law. • Ensure all pesticides are approved by the OMD POC before use. • Store, handle, and dispose of chemicals per all federal and state regulations. • Maintain a 3-foot no-spray buffer around sensitive water resources (wetlands shown on Exhibits 1 and 2). Reporting Requirements: • Complete and submit AGO Form 200-1-16 or equivalent pesticide reporting form for all invoiced work. • Submit reports with each monthly invoice to the OMD contract POC. • Maintain a GPS log of treated patches...
