Specifications include, but are not limited to:The awarded Contractor(s) shall provide Industrial Hygiene Services on an as needed basis at State-owned or operated facilities in Salem, Portland, Clackamas, Hillsboro, Eugene, Pendleton, and Central Point, Oregon. DAS EAM provides services to approximately 60 State-owned facilities, which add up to approximately 3.1 million square feet of rentable space. DAS EAM maintains building systems and structures to prevent failures and responds to intermittent operating system needs to State-owned and operated buildings in Salem, Portland, Clackamas, Hillsboro, Eugene, Pendleton, and Central Point. Services provided by EAM include electrical maintenance, HVAC maintenance, general building management/repairs, professional and technical security services and expertise consulting. These services are centrally managed from Salem. Contractor shall provide Industrial Hygiene Services as assigned. Industrial Hygiene Services may include, but are not limited to, testing, sampling, monitoring and identifying hazardous conditions that may impact the health of employees or citizens. Work tasks and deliverables that may be assigned via Purchase Order under this Price Agreement may include, but are not limited to, those listed in the sections below. The tasks and deliverables identified in this exhibit are examples and are not exhaustive. Specific services include, but are not limited to, testing or monitoring for the following: 1. CONTAMINATES • Perchloroethylene • Radon • Formaldehyde • Carbon Tetrachloride • Styrene • Particulates • Benzene • Nitrous Oxides • Lead • Mold • Bacteria 2. GENERAL AIR QUALITY Page 32 of 55 • Carbon Dioxide • Carbon Monoxide • Temperature and relative humidity for comfort issues • Total Volatile Organic levels • Real time data logging levels of particles based on respirable monitors and particle count levels 3. CONSULTING SERVICES • Consultation and assistance for facilities regarding a variety of building health and safety issues: Lead, PCB’s in electrical systems, pest control etc. • Consultation regarding office and industrial ergonomic safety improvements, best practices and innovative equipment. • Providing advanced technical training regarding occupational health and industrial hygiene to employees. • Development of abatement, remediation or hazard control plans to address hazards.
