Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall provide heavy-duty trucking and Equipment services for snow and ice removal. B. Contractor shall provide all tools, supplies, fuel, transportation, equipment and labor to maintain contracted equipment. C. per day, seven (7) days a week and fully operational with all the required equipment in good working order. D. Contractor must understand Maintenance and safety procedures. E. Assist the County with planning and execution of snow and ice removal getting the appropriate permits and following all rules and regulations. F. Prepare preliminary project costs prior to project. G. Meet with the County and representatives of local, state, and federal agencies as necessary
