Specifications include, but are not limited to: a.Providing a lead staff person and/or supervisor on-site during all operating hours. The lead must be available to be reached by radio or cell phone at all times, and serves as the key contact for communications with the Event Coordinator and Fair personnel. b.Providing personnel to staff three entry gates during all hours of fair operations, including supervision, processing of ticket sales, and processing of gate admissions. All hours and admission locations are estimates and may increase or decrease to meet the needs of the fair. See Exhibit A – Fairgrounds Map. Ticket Sales/Cash Handling a.Provide two ticket sales personnel per shift at the main (Red) gate and three ticket sales personnel at the main (Red) gate on Thursday, and one ticket sales personnel per shift at the Blue, Orange, and Gold gates for each day of the fair. b.Ticket sales personnel must be trained in cash handling to process admission payments, balance money boxes, count money, and provide other money-related security services.
