Specifications include, but are not limited to: BES is proceeding with a PDB delivery method to select the most qualified contractor with the necessary skills and expertise to collaboratively evaluate and finalize the project approach, perform condition assessment inspections, develop the design, and construct improvements to the Inverness force main system.
