Agency is seeking Applications from qualified Applicants to provide hygiene services, including, but not limited to: hand wash stations, waste removal (e.g. trash and porta potty), laundry service, access to dump station facilities, shower tents, grey water and waste water removal. Hygiene services will be on an on-call basis to Agency’s Clients throughout the state of Oregon who have been affected by a declared emergency or disaster event, extreme weather incident, or other incidents that are not technically classified as an emergency or disaster but those for which Agency is responsible to provide mass care support services for during an incident. Applicants, Contractor upon award of a Price Agreement, will deliver hygiene services to various locations where affected Agency’s Clients are being sheltered or to nearby hub locations. Shelter locations may include, but are not limited to, warming and cooling shelters, congregate shelters, non-congregate shelter settings such as hotels or motels located throughout Oregon.
