Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services include 24-hour on-site nursing, psychiatric and other credentialed professional staff, treatment planning, pharmacy, laboratory, food and nutritional services, and vocational and educational services. ; 1) Benchmarking of hospital expenditures with other like hospitals. 2) Assessment of level of care and services OSH provides as compared with like hospitals considering both patient acuity and legal status. Assessment of required and discretionary spend; assessment of nursing and other direct care staffing levels and staff/patient ratios broken down by department/discipline. 3) Management structure review of direct care areas including nursing, clinical disciplines and support services directly connected to patient care. 4) Optional: Include non-direct care staff and management reviews.
