Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Proposer will perform a site assessment of the Bull Run conduit alignments from Headworks to the proposed PWB Filtration Facility currently in development near SE Carpenter Lane and SE Cottrell Road in Multnomah County and provide City of Portland staff with a report which will: • Identify external environmental challenges that might cause issues, such as trees, wetlands and other obstructions. • Identify, visualize, measure, inspect and identify vaults, valves, access points. • Identify hydraulic regimes and conditionssuch as maximum allowable velocity. • Work with the City to identify potential permitting requirements. • Identify the preparation worksto be done. • Specify recommended material types and quantities, prices, etc. needed for installation. • Identify the post-installation worksto be done. • Identify Health and Safety Documentation & Procedures to assure all water safety protocols, standards and local rules and regulations are adhered to.
