Providing all staff, labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the transportation of household hazardous waste (HHW) and Very Small Quantity Generator (VSQG) materials from Deschutes County designated sites to appropriate hazardous waste management facilities. Providing and arranging for the appropriate management of all HHW and VSQG accepted from Deschutes County. Providing on an as-needed basis, personnel to assist in the operation of Deschutes County’s HHW and VSQG collection programs. Providing packaging supplies to the County such as shipping containers (pails, drums, cubic-yard/meter boxes, IBC tanks, etc.), absorbents and other equipment and materials for the County’s hazardous waste collection program as needed.
