1. RIGHT OF WAY FALLING A. All right of way timber will be felled, and trees will not be felled into any Type F stream. B. All merchantable trees, snags, and windfalls will be limbed and bucked to lengths as specified by the County representative. C. Any trees to be cut outside the established right of way will be clearly visible from the right of way and painted. II. RIGHT OF WAY LOGGING AND DECKING A. Right of way logging will be done with one of, or a combination of, the following: (1) rubber-tired skidder, (2) tracked vehicle, or (3) hydraulic excavator, depending on topography and imposed restrictions. B. All merchantable logs cut will be yarded and decked free of limbs and other unmerchantable material.
