Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lane County is soliciting responses for the provision of A&D 66 – Community Behavioral and Substance Use Disorder services for indigent clients. These services include clinical care including outpatient treatment and continuing care for adolescents and adults (English and Spanish speaking) in urban and rural areas. Outpatient Treatment Services include clinical care, assessment, counseling and treatment services meeting the Community Treatment and Support Services. The services may also include medically prescribed pharmacological agents approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of substance use disorders, i.e., methadone, buprenorphine, acamprosate and naltrexone. Outpatient treatment services are to be provided at intensity levels I and II which are therapeutically necessary and consistent with the clinical need of the individual. Outpatient treatment services for Level I and Level II must comply with the above rules.
