Weekly in season: Mow and edge all lawn areas and blow parking lot, walkways and playground areas. Haul away all debris. Bi-weekly in season: Rake flower beds and weed as needed. Quarterly: apply weed control and fertilizer to all lawn areas. (Preemergent and broad leak killer) Over seeding damaged areas. Weed control on flower beds and perimeters as needed. Trim & manicure all shrubbery as needed with full pruning annually, all vegetation should be kept 12 inches from structures and buildings. Clean up and remove all clippings from property. Leaf clean up in fall / winter and remove from property. Irrigation winterization and initiation seasonally including monthly inspections during dry months for proper function. Monitor irrigation and make adjustments as needed. Moss treatment of hardscapes and flowerbeds annually in early winter.
