Task 1. Provide a bilingual Travel Trainer for a minimum of 10 hours/week to serve the travel training needs of Skamania and Klickitat counties and accomplish the following activities: • Distribute Gorge Transit Passes to target populations (people with low incomes, limited English proficiency, disabilities; older adults; Native Americans; and seasonal farm workers) • Conduct outreach activities including tabling at community events and presentations • Facilitate group and individual travel training sessions • Develop outreach materials • Establish new partnerships with community and human service organizations Task 2. Provide quarterly reports for Task 1. Task 3. Develop messaging and conduct outreach activities targeting transportation disadvantaged populations by using photography and videos, events, guided transit trips, social media, printed materials including targeted itineraries & trip guides and the current inventory of social media platforms, websites, and content.
