A. The Contractor shall provide glass replacement services at properties owned and managed by HAWC. B. The services shall include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Replacement of sealed double-pane insulated windows or patio doors with like-kind and types. 2. Replacing broken glass. 3. Building window and patio door screens. 4. Repair/replacement of door and window hardware. C. Replacement of shower doors: 1. Safe and proper removal and/or installation of shower glass doors. 2. Install new doors as per manufacturer’s guidelines and safety standards. 3. Ensure that doors are correctly balanced and aligned. 4. Test the functionality of the new doors and components. 5. Dispose of old glass doors and materials in an environmentally responsible manner. 6. The Contractor shall clean up the workspace, ensuring no debris or tools are left behind. D. Door style and size will be included with the quote and be approved by HAWC staff or assigned designee prior to installation.
