Fencing:
- Fenced parking area for Government vehicles and person access gates/entrances with electronic controls. Gate access shall be tied into an Access Control System.
- Fenced perimeter and as applicable additional cross fencing to secure the facility from access between adjacent properties, buildings, between various activity areas, and parking lots.
- Fence height to be eight foot and chain link with three strand barbed wire top guard. Office parks, campus settings, and privately owned buildings may employ other types of fencing (i.e., wrought iron or other decorative fencing).
High Density Storage Area (approx. 200sf):
- Design floor structure to support 9 heavy file cabinets (fire safe file 4-drawer files).
- Design floor structure to support a single 4 drawer, 600-pound, safe.
- Unit capacity to be 450 lineal feet of file storage (x 6’-0” high) and 15 lineal feet of flat map storage (x 6’-0” high).
- Provide 10 feet of floor to ceiling built-in shelving. Four linear feet of the shelving will have a lockable door or cover.
Offered Space shall not have public parking underneath or within the Building
Offered Space must be located on highways and streets that are kept plowed open in winter
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
