Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Oregon, acting by and through its Department of Administrative Services, Procurement Services, is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms to assist the Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries (DOGAMI) in processing permit applications for gold mining and chemical processing. Potential Proposers must demonstrate an understanding of the needs and requirements of the permit review process. DOGAMI seeks technical expertise to assist in processing a permit application for a potential gold mine to be located at Grassy Mountain near Vale in Malheur County, Oregon and a chemical process gold recovery mill in Southeast Oregon. The Proposer selected under this RFP may also provide technical assistance related to future permit applications received by DOGAMI.
