Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide a minimum of three (3) designs for Agency’s Fleet and Parking Services logo and name badges for the Shop Manager to choose from for all garments. Successful Proposer shall grant Agency either full ownership in all rights to the logo or perpetual and irrevocable license rights to use the logo Agency selects for the garments or for any purpose. Attach the selected logo and name badges to all garments for each employee. Garments: The successful Proposer shall provide all of the following: A catalog of all garment options including, but not limited to, rain gear and winter coveralls. Provide an updated catalog as needed. A minimum of two (2) visits to Agency’s Salem Fleet and Parking Services facility for employee garment selection, fitting, and other requirements for each employee. Alterations for rented garments. After the initial order, all orders must be delivered within seven (7) days of order. Repairs for garments with issues within seven (7) days of order. Replace rented garments that have been in service for 24 months at no charge to Agency. Suspend all rental charges for any Agency employee with a one (1) week prior notice of absence
