Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Providers are expected to arrive on time for each engagement, ready to begin as scheduled 2. Providers will conduct the service delivery for the stated engagement period, and then immediately vacate the space for other activities and users. 3. Providers will ensure the facility is restored to its appearance prior to the class beginning, with any materials stored neatly. 4. Providers are expected to bring all the necessary materials, if any, to conduct services 5. Providers must maintain a professional relationship with participants at all times 6. Providers must be respectful of each participant and treat them with dignity and inclusion 7. Touching is only permitted with participant permission and only as appropriate to demonstrate correct positions or posture during training 8. Intimidation, by speech or action, of participants or other Multnomah County personnel will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Issues with Multnomah County personnel and participants should be referred immediately to the County Wellness Program representative for further adjudication. 9. Discussion with participants should be related to the class and providers are discouraged from engaging in non-class related discussions or topics 10. At no time shall a provider disclose personal information about a participant to other participants 11. Providers may not require, advertise, promote or otherwise encourage or recruit participant engagement in the provider's business enterprise or activity outside of Multnomah County. The County is looking for licensed/certified fitness instructors for the following areas: 1. Yoga; 2. Zumba 3. Circuit Training; 4. Pilates 5. Muscle Conditioning; 6. Cardio Dance; 7. Mixed Martial Arts; 8. Meditation; 9. Ergonomics; and 10. Strength Training
