Contractor shall serve as the primary on-site medical responder for all emergencies and first aid needs and provide all administration, insurance, professional expertise, labor, materials, vehicles, and equipment necessary to respond to emergencies during the Fair. Contractor will only be required to provide on-site care. Local emergency services will be called for critical incidents. Performance Period: The annual four-day Marion County Fair is the second full weekend in July (Thurs-Sun) Dates of Event: July 9-12, 2026; July 8-11, 2027 Fair Hours: Thursday noon-10pm; Friday/Saturday 10am-11pm; Sunday 10am-6pm Hours of Coverage: Thursday noon-10pm (10 hours); Friday/Saturday 10am-11pm (13 hours); Sunday 10am-7pm (9 hours)
