Lottery utilizes the VLT Thermal Paper in the approximately 10,500 VLT’s throughout the State of Oregon. Lottery maintains a replenishment stock of the Thermal Paper and purchases approximately nine thousand (9,000) cases, fifty-four million (54,000,000) tickets, per year. VLT Thermal Paper is a vital resource to maintain Lottery operations, and the Lottery relies on its Contractor(s) to supply the large demand. Lottery intends to review the information submitted in response to this RFI (“Responses”), understand what the marketplace has to offer with respect to VLT Thermal Paper options (“Solutions”), determine the best approach for Solution implementation, and estimate pricing for Solutions.
