Specifications include, but are not limited to: This RFI is a preliminary step of gathering additional information to be used for developing a Request for Proposal and creating a qualified list of Consultants who can provide a Facilities Efficiency review. ODOT owns approximately 1,100 buildings, totaling approximately 3 million SF, located on about 400 sites scattered throughout the state and leases approximately 80 additional spaces. The majority of the buildings are over 20 years old, with 20% being over 50 years old. ODOT Facilities Services Branch currently has 41 employees performing maintenance, engineering/design, project management, energy conservation, access control, leasing and other miscellaneous facility related functions.
