The State of Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS) requests proposals from qualifiedindividuals or firms hereinafter "Proposers," to provide facilitation of a strategicplanning process with the OMHS Community Advisory Council, OMHS staff, and key communitystakeholders.DHS expects to award a single contract for the period beginning approximately August 2010through November 2010. The Department reserves the right to amend the Contract for time upto a maximum duration of one (1) year and for additional money, contingent upon need andfunding availability. Anticipated amendments include those for additional facilitation,coordination, planning, and evaluation services related to OMHS strategic planningactivities and committees. These anticipated amendments may be for planning activities andcommittees currently planned or in existence, or for those that OMHS develops during theperiod of contract performance No additional specifications were given.
