Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Washington County Fair Complex desires to enter into a one-year agreement, with possibly two, two-year extensions, for the services of an Event Security firm to perform security services during the annual county fair and interim events held at the Fair Complex. 55.2 The successful bidder must be able to interface with local law enforcement agencies immediately on the behalf of the Fair Complex and promote the welfare and goodwill of the County Fair and Fair Complex. 55.3 Bidders are to be aware that the information given is not all encompassing, and changes or additions will occur during the course of any contract. Security services will be year around, including holidays. 56. REQUIREMENTS 56.1 The successful security firm must assign no more than two account representatives with whom the Fair Complex will contact and coordinate all security needs. 56.2 The Contractor must be registered with Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST), and the officers must be DPSST certified. 56.3 The Contractor must abide by all state and federal laws that regulate security providers
