Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Provider shall provide qualified, competent uniformed and/or peer event security personnel as requested by users of MERC facilities for events at the Oregon Convention Center, the Portland Metropolitan Exposition Center and any future facility that MERC may manage. However, in no way shall this qualification be construed as guaranteeing the Provider any specific amount of work, or guaranteeing that MERC shall continue to operate the above mentioned facilities. MERC may cease to operate any of these facilities at any time, with or without notice to Provider. All personnel shall be equipped and trained as specified by MERC in this RFQ. All services may be monitored by a MERC Facility Event Manager, MERC House Manager, or designated representative and may be subject to compliance evaluation by the appropriate facility staff. T
