Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Medford (CITY) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide project oversight and advisory services related to the CITYS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software selection and implementation project. 1) Develop and document existing (as is) and proposed (to be) functional and data requirements, including business process work flow for all City departments for the new ERP software. 2) Prepare a Request for Proposals (RFP) to be issued by the City for new ERP software and implementation services that will allow for thorough comparison of all qualified vendors. The RFP must be prepared in compliance with the City Purchasing Code and applicable Oregon Statutes. 3) Lead the City through the ERP software selection process including coordinating software demonstrations and on-site visits. Assist with the identification of potential risks and issues to ensure the City makes a quality selection decision, which achieves the Citys ERP requirements.
