The successful Contractor shall provide Contractor shall provide on-call labor, equipment, and materials for Emergency Board-Up Services to secure commercial and residential building structures as called upon by the City of Portland and prevent unauthorized entry or additional damage to the structure by humans and animals. On occasion, perimeter barricades to real property, such as fencing, may need to be repaired in order to prevent unauthorized entry. Contractor shall provide oncall Emergency Board-Up Services on a 24/7 basis [twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days per week]. All supplies shall be delivered, or work shall be performed in accordance with the most currently accepted materials and labor cost addendum. The delivery schedule for the work is identified herein.
