Services shall include, but are not limited to the following: Contractor will maintain all Elevators and Lifts on District’s Elevator and Lift Device Inventory List on a scheduled program and on an as needed basis, as required by the District Representative. Contractor will examine, maintain, adjust, and lubricate Elevator and Lift components listed for each type of Elevator and Lift equipment. Contractor will repair or replace said components, if required due to normal wear and tear. Contractor will repair or replace the components listed if the repair or replacement is, in Contractor’s sole judgment, necessitated by normal wear and tear. Contractor will provide service for on-call service requests for equipment repair, as needed. Contractor shall conduct the tests required by the State of Oregon, or federal, local, or other governing authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) at the date of signing this Contract.
