Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Oregon Department of Education's Office of Educational Improvement and Innovation (EII) is responsible for monitoring expenditures and activities of school districts throughout Oregon relating to funding under the federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), Title I, Part C, Education of Migratory Children which funds support high quality education programs for migratory children and helps ensure that migratory children who move among the states are not penalized in any manner by disparities among states curriculum, graduation requirements, or state academic content and student academic achievement. The State of Oregon, acting by and through its Oregon Department of Education, Office of Finance and Administration, Procurement Services issues this Request for Proposal to establish Price Agreements with multiple Contractors to provide Title I, Part C, Education of Migratory Children Program Monitoring Services.
