Specifications include, but are not limited to: This ESB Contract is to provide all material, labor and equipment necessary to conduct fence replacement. We are requesting bids for replacement of 570’ +/- of existing fence with 485’ +/- of new Type CL-6 Chain Link and 85’ +/- of Barbed Wire fence and 150’ +/- of Barbed Wire fence to be repaired on Interstate 5 Southbound Exit 14 from approximate MP 1.29 to MP 1.44, per the material and location listed in these Special Provisions. The Bidder shall furnish all material, labor and equipment necessary to perform all tasks in accordance with the 2018 Standard Specifications for Construction, 2018 Standard Drawings, these Special Provisions, and the terms and conditions in the contract documents. All matter, debris, vegetation and wire shall be removed and disposed of in accordance to Standard Specification 00290.20. No separate or additional payment will be made. The project Location is in Jackson County, Oregon on Interstate 5 Southbound Exit 14 Onramp. Mile Points are derived from the mileposts along the Freeway Onramp. The Contractor shall complete all Work to be done under the Contract not later than 7/1/2018. The purpose of this project is to remove the existing fence and install “Type CL-6 Chain Link and Barbed Wire fence” as described in the table below. Traffic control is incidental to the fence installation. The contractor will provide an ACCESS CONTROL PLAN and a TRAFFIC CONTROL PLAN to the engineer 7 days prior to the pre-construction conference.
