Specifications include, but are not limited to: In cooperation with CCWD designated staff, the Contractor shall coordinate and oversee the 2013 EMT Accreditation Program visits according to standards and procedures in Oregon Administrative Rule 581-049-0030 (Process of Accreditation). The Contractor's work will include: - identifying and recruiting accreditation team members - scheduling accreditation visits and - conducting accreditation visits and reviews. Contractor shall conduct accreditation visits and reviews in the following manner: - Notify and assist colleges regarding completion of self-study - Review the self-study documents - Prepare team members - Conduct and facilitate site visits - Write and submit Final Accreditation Reports for each college, and submit the reports to CCWD within 30 days of each college visit and - Conduct follow-up activities as necessary (including review of college response to deficiencies).
