• Exhibit 1: 1300 Wall Street Parking & Lafayette Frontage Improvements o Address: 1300 Wall Street, Bend, OR 97703 o Provide, install, and maintain the City-approved traffic control plan. o Demolition and construction of driveway aprons, sidewalks, and landscaping within the right-of-way. o Demolition and construction of stormwater infrastructure, parking areas, vehicle drive aisles, sidewalks, lighting, and landscaping. o Only one (1) of the two (2) new driveway aprons shall be constructed at a time to maintain vehicle access into the parking lots. o One-half of the drive aisle in front of the Deschutes Services Building may be closed at one time. North-south vehicle and pedestrian travel must be maintained for duration of project. • Exhibit 2: DSB North Parking Lot & Frontage Improvements o Address: 31 NW Norton Avenue, Bend, OR, 97703 o Provide, install, and maintain the City-approved traffic control plan. o Construction of new parking spaces and concrete walkways with associated demolition, paving, landscaping, and stormwater infrastructure. • Exhibit 3: Maier Building Parking Lot & Harriman Street Frontage Improvements o Address: 1130 NW Harriman Street, Bend, OR 97703 o Provide, install, and maintain the City-approved traffic control plan. o Removal and replacement of parking lot, striping, stormwater infrastructure, and sidewalks. o Removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk and driveway apron within the right-of way. o This scope of work must be phased separately from remainder of work. • Exhibit 4: Special Provisions to the OSS Technical Specification
